Quality Manager
EDDI BRESSAN S.r.l., a structured and growing company operating in precision mechanics specialized in the production of medical instruments for orthopedics, is looking for a Quality Manager to join its team.
Reporting to the Management, the role includes:
- Managing and maintaining the Quality Management System (ISO 9001 and ISO 13485).
- Planning and coordinating internal and external audits.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and legal requirements.
- Managing non-conformities and corrective/preventive actions.
- Collaborating with production, technical office, and suppliers to improve processes.
- Drafting and updating procedures, work instructions, and quality documentation.
- Training staff on quality topics.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma.
- Previous experience as Quality Manager or Quality Assurance Manager.
- Excellent knowledge of quality management systems and related standards.
- Analytical skills, problem solving, and process management.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of English.
